4.5 PanTerra Gold Cooperation Agreement
The Company has entered into a non-binding cooperation agreement with PanTerra Gold Technologies Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of ASX listed PanTerra Gold Limited (PanTerra). Panterra proposes to construct and operate an Albion/CIL processing plant in Spain and intends to utilise refractory concentrate from the Project to extract gold in the form of doré.
