And they had already been told by the Premier and Env minister that LCK has met the conditions and they can observe the results like everyone and respond to the next round of public consultation if any

They want to be careful here, is this how mining and approvals will now operate in SA?. Billion dollar projects and companies operating with approval for their project can now be stopped because someone changed their mind as to how con$ulted they think they were?

This could be very costly for some parties if they arent careful. I hope LCK ensure to add a week of work delay to the response for the judge when s/he throw this out on Monday

Because by what I have seen and read here this is farcical and you cant run an industry on this pull-rug out at any moment basis
