You may want to read the announcement again. They denied NOTHING in terms of potential bidders. why do you say they denied all? Keep in mind their annoucenement came out AFTER the speeding ticket so it is worded very carefully. If they are in early stages of discussion with other parties, whom may wish to remain anonymous at this stage, why would CNP just come out to the market and disclose who they are?

And in terms of numbers, same thing. What were you expecting in the announcement,..."CNP is currently in discussion with other parties and an estimated price of 0.90c is on the table"
