Yes tend to agree, current situation certainly does not reflect in the share price. AVQ is in the best position its ever has been with an ML close to been granted but the price at historical low. For me just see an opportunity.

Current SP reflects that AVQ is not making money, and has no positive regular news flow. Entirely predictable it would go sub 10c, people called it, and here you are.
