New Share Issue at 6.5 cents/ 25%Discount, page-3

A lot of Domacom Shareholders voted with their feet yesterday by exiting their holdings after the 6.5 cent private placement of 9 Million new shares which is a significant % of the 103 Million currently quoted on the ASX .

Of the 42 share sales yesterday about 39 sales were from small "mum and dad size “ investors who were only selling between few hundred to one or two thousand shares to possibly quit their holdings.

No doubt there was across the board disappointment at the issue price of 6.5cents ( a 20+ % discount to the Market Value of the shares 4/9/18). It's a shame that this offer hadn't been made to all shareholders so that they could at least average down their loses. Seems that the benefit of the new share issue was only for the lucky chosen few.

Good luck to anyone who picked up these shares up at the float in 2017 at 70 to 75cents per share.
