If you or others aren’t happy then you need to rally votes to make change. I read a lot of people here complaining at times (some with fair justification) but it won’t sway managements direction. If you have >5% of votes then it changes things, you will at least get heard.

If you want change, someone needs to step up , rally votes and create a database of shareholders.

Until then, a lot of the comments here are in vain.
