I expected this might happen post our successful flare and resource upgrade. Perhaps they know there's a very high likely hood the flaring will be a success with no issues arising so they have decided to have a crack now as they feel there is more of a chance of delaying or stopping the project without all the positive data from the flare on the table.
Not ideal however I'm not too concerned, the government shouldn't have too much trouble having this dismissed given the independent process they followed to reach their approvals.
And once dismissed it will only give potential investors more confidence in investing and more importantly people will focus on all the positives that this project brings to Leigh Creek, South Australia and also Australia.
LCK have ticked all the boxes the government have asked of them so far following the right processes.

The government have also given anyone with concerns ample time to provide their case against the project.

Furthermore the government has undertaken a very exhaustive process to reach this point. This is merely a stalling tactic in my opinion.

For all involved lets hope the case against the government is dismissed swiftly so we don't need to consider legal action towards any parties for a variety of reasons.

My thoughts only of course.
