What I am really interested is their intent;
One reason I tried to research SB was to see their history, do they ensure value added and then ‘flip’ their holdings, or ...
Have they are history in taking interests/positions in public companies and then acquiring them.
If the latter, bear in mind than the company is quite ‘cheap’ at the moment ..... , sure they have done DD and would want to ‘pounce’ sooner than later, eg; why pay $1 later if you can buy for 13 cents and up in the interim?
Be nice to see further interests (other then SB) acquire holdings of 5% in Admedus and up, share registery in the near future could be very telling.
