Phil, I wish you the best of luck with your litigation against ANZ and Opis.
That said, i would be surprised if the court made ANZ buy back actual shares. I would have thought it more likely that they would be ordered to pay back the value of those shares.
That would probably be deemed fair for holders of any other company, but for a MAK holder, it seriously sucks.
Once again, i wish you the best of luck, and would love to see ANZ joining the party (if only to buy back your position) in a little while!
