MPower will have combined book value of $20M. This means the maximum EMC is bringing to the table is that figure (i.e. it could be less).
MO mentioned at the Roadshow CCE had $30M book value.
Since revenue doubled from $5M to $10M, are we in for a $10M quarter (i.e. following the same trajectory), which would explain the discrepancy?
Does anyone know of projects scheduled for completion this quarter?
We need some good news soon, and don't forget we are still paying EMC employees' salaries...
