Ura_bull I could not agree more.... the way I look at it is that if they went for a CR without anything then it would likely be a fail.... one wonders however how they can get an acquisition with a negative cash flow? I personally have not been involved in this type of transaction and if someone with more experience in this scenario can offer a view it would greatly be appreciated! I do not envisage an acquisition subject to a successful CR because unless your an idiot, being the company holding the asset, you would want to know that you will be paid! Or.... will they give up a % of current assets in exchange for the acquisition? Any takers to comment?
