I agree they are running out of time to keep to the schedule they have set themselves. The market will lose what confidence is left if they fail in that regard.
I only know as much as everyone else and I change my mind regularly depending on the weather, but right now I put the chance of success at about 50%.
So (IMO) that is a 50% chance I lose 100% of my investment and a 50% chance I make 400% plus. So basically its 4:1 odds on a coin toss. The potential return outweighs the potential risk. I wouldn't bet the house on it, but it's a good gamble.
