I used to watch ACA years ago and have only been watching again the last few weeks, waiting for this story. Unless your an insider for these programs, it would be hard to really know for sure. Imo, they could be a combination of both, especially if ACA's independent little study has marvellous or miracle results. 'Let's do a story, we'll get an independent Dermatologist to assess a mother over two weeks who applies the Applicator to only half her face' - (cmk's words). Consumers want to believe that it's all fair dinkum, but the truth is we as consumers have absolutely no idea what negotiations take place behind closed doors. Often random company surveys or product selections always end up prominently featuring a stand out winner which often makes the story feel like an Advertorial for the winner; but in tonight's case, it looks more like the story delay has been attributed to ACA wanting to prove the efficacy of the 'Miracle Applicator', without comparing it to any competitors. Let's hope that the 'independent results' are a miracle to fit with ACA's pet name (maybe the results were indeed miraculous) and maybe P&G will use MIRACLE Applicator in the future for their own Ads :-}
