Ok Ashes, Im not a lawyer and I dont know the ins and outs of the legal aspects of these type of things. But, Ive been involved with the speculative end of the stock market for fifteen years and I would be surprised if they couldn't find a way to justify remaining in a th, and maybe going into voluntary suspension after that.
I could be wrong but I dont agree with that at all.
Was anything else of interest mentioned by Tony?
