ASIC will certainly need a review of their regulatory powers for a start and then probably make recommendations to government for suitable punishments for these types of crimes.
If Tony Mokbel can have all his assets seized why not a white collar criminal?
It's appropriate to allow people to limit exposure for mistakes to the arena of the mistake but this is something entirely different.
