Open your eyes and look at history here, if this block was any good the Majors could have got this block for NOTHING OBL had been trying to off load this lease for years NOBODY wanted it, once again to all the BUYS, what has changed with this bit of dirt except for a pending report that the Majors could have have done using their "pocket money" to achieve. and the comment "slightly dilutionary" just shows your lack of understanding of EMP Management and how they "play" the game, how much dilution does one Company need ?
