Not a lawyer but not so sure about that. Erin is in default to FAR, not Petronas. Petronas's agreement to earn 40% is coming from Far's 80% and not from Erin at all. I would guess that gives FAR the right to Erin's 20%. All a guess but it sounds about right to me.
