I think that NdPr product held back from sale is about ensuring continuity of supply to valued customers, particularly the Japanese. Expectation that Japanese demand for LYC NdPr will soon meet or exceed production makes it prudent to keep some as buffer as NEXT changes the product mix. Selling on the Chinese spot market doesn't make sense if this causes a premature shortfall later this year while SX circuits are reconfigured.
As for SEG, I had presumed that sales had resumed shortly after being held back a year or so ago. Is there any new information on this?
