I listened as she got real nasty at umpire Ramos while pointing her finger right at him. From memory she even told him to apologise for his rulings against her.
From what I could gather from the commentary, umpires always attend the presentation ceremony but Ramos didn't show up. Who can blame him. The crowd was 99% behind Williams and anything could have happened.
