I just don’t want argue that . More clarification needed from the authorities.
If English label can no longer being sold on platform in China , that will effect all overseas brands not just a2, right ?
So , for those Chinese mums who used to buy English label A2m/ bal / nutrilion/ karicare etc...over JD.com / Tmall.com/ koala.com now have 2 either buy Chinese labels or switch to domestic brands or still legally buy the same English label via another channel like Daigou .
I can only see diagou’s business grow even faster from here .
Daigou is too small to be regulated by Chinese authorities. There are always some backdoor or grey area in Chinese law in general. That’s why I am not worried. Not try to force my idea on anyone . It’s my 2c to share .
