can pem holders stop this merger

I personally think too much value has been given to CBH by PEM and do not agree with the 3 for 1 formula. 4 to 4.5 for 1 would have been a much more equitable merger.

The principle of a merger is a good one, but will PEM holders be able to have their say/vote on this merger? It appears not when I think we are entitled to vote.

Yes, I agree too it's good news that Jubber is going - If he had acted quicker we would have a fairer deal on the table now.
