How long is a piece of string ? The fundamentals of ALC looks much stronger particularly with recent mergers of Patientrack and MKM but we are only a few months older in this incarnation.Maybe the next contract will kick things along or a decent positive cash flow in the next quarter.Like a scratched record we just need to wait.At least in this incarnation of ALC all directors are genuinely aligned !!
