Hard to say. James is certainly not your usual nano-cap MD and he seems to like to do things in his own way. In theory it shouldn't matter if he tells the market in advance that he is going to do a CR since everyone knows one is coming, but it is not the way these things are done. An interesting experiment, but one I would prefer to watch without having my money invested.
