Dr Giles owns ~ 20%. Some distance from 50.1%.

Regardless, Dr Giles will NOT be able to cast his votes on the Remuneration Report. Only need 25% AGAINST to get a first strike. Only need 25% AGAINST the following year to get a second strike and force a 'spill' of ALL Board positions.

Don't rely on HAV to read HotCopper. But they will count votes. Just saying.

The wildcard is Mr Gupta. Despite the market's pessimism re: a deal, IMHO it remains a possibility. Whether something happens before the AGM on 12/12/18 is another matter.
