ANZ actions may well not be right, I do not dispute that.
I just make the point that they right in the eyes of the law. They are exercising their right to sell what they have title over. Opes Prime stockholders can argue they don't but I think ANZ will still win that one in court. Ignorance is no excuse when you sign a legal document unless you can prove you are incompetent. So there is hope for ctindale.
