Djwillis, integration can be very technical depending on the clients operating systems, this is why it takes weeks to over a month for integration to complete, so they definitely use them to onboard customers. Those techies are worth their weight in gold, it’s just a shame Australia is so far behind the 8 ball when it comes to finding quality talent compared to say the U.S or Europe. That’s not to say we don’t have quality talent at isx already however.
