AVA - Market cap $37m, SP 17.5c
Formally know as FFT, this company acquired MSP (who I was a holder of) at the start of the year with a share buy out. Both companies were doing well before the merge, and should benefit from creating a lean operational structure and leveraging each business' key accounts with complimentary offerings.
AVA is focused on risk management technology on a global scale, working in a range of sectors including utilities, government, logistics and digital. Last week AVA reported a new Letter of intent with a military project worth up to $15M over 15 months. This saw the share price break out a new high, although it has been a slow climb.
The co increased revenue by 54% on last year, however still made a loss of $3m. Debt free with $5.9m cash and securing new contracts, this is the kind of company I like to hold.
With the SP hitting a new high and volume last week increasing, these appear to be good technical buy indicators.
