Szaba and Cujo I dont believe you have read the reference Davy Boy just posted before your posts. It is most relevant. A purposive or literal interpretation of the JOA is the question.
However, the PE is not immediately relevant, but the drilling of Samo is. The PE argument should be parked until after the Samo drill, which has the potential to add significant value to FAR, and give them "running room" as per FAR's last presentation.
