The above post sparked my interest on manufacturing capacity. Keytone's shooting for 5,000 tonnes per annum of powdered milk product once they complete a second manufacturing facility.
The below is from the latest results. It appears BUB is at 1,500 tonnes.
The acquisition guarantees Bubs Australia exclusive access to locally sourced quality fresh goat milk at a fixed price, to be utilised in Bubs® and CapriLac® products. Since acquisition, the milk pool from Australia and New Zealand has increased from 6.5 million litres to more than 13 million litres, equivalent to 1,500 tonnes of milk powder. Plans are underway to further grow Australia’s largest milking goat herd, and supplementary farms in New Zealand, with the aim to increase the combined herd to 50,000 milking goats.
Meanwhile we seemingly are falling short of getting products on shelves / are out of stock on a lot of our distribution channels (as posted previously in this thread).
I haven't delved deep enough to know the answer so serious question: Is BUB positioned well enough from a manufacturing and capacity perspective to meet the massive China markets demands?
