Only one thing I would like to add, Amex, and that's the question of liquidity that you outline. Clearly it's a problem now. Why won't it still be a problem upon NASDAQ listing? The amount of currently available stock is negligible and almost not worth talking about. For the NASDAQ float to be truly successfull, wouldn't there need to be more liquidity?

I was initially fearful of a share split, a rights issue, new retail shares issued as part of the IPO, an institutional placement or combination therof having a dilutionary effect. In the wake of recent news I no longer am. With so few shares on issue they could double the amount and it would have little effect even in the short term, let alone medium to long.

I guess my question is, what chance is there of all or any of the above happening to increase liquidity and make it more attractive to US investors who want to pick up more than a small parcel of shares? Be interested to know what people think. Naturally, a share split would be wonderful....
