I live both here on the Gold Coast & in Singapore & I have asked a number of analysts who all have a buy and Lynas themselves and NOT ONE person has stated to me anything about a pending arbitration, I asked Cape if they are short selling and answer was no they are buying...can anybody in this forum point me to where it states parliament. Not even in the Malaysian Gov website does it state of any OFFICIAL pending inquiry *?*
