Question on voting
have been trying to get answer from co
on Q 10 on the proxy form Capital raising
if I vote yes is that agreeing to share raise at 3.7 cents
or that the company may raise at a higher price
I personally think 3.7 is to low
i think a raise is necessary but should be 5 cents or there abouts
can anyone help is my vote 1 2 or 3
