From $1.89 > $2.80 in a couple of weeks is more about confidence returning to 'normal' levels than a spike because of one contract I think. Don't forget how far they fell in recent times, they could add another dollar & still not be back to fair value.
This is a VERY undervalued stock with fantastic fundamentals. Impossible to atribute the reasons for the recent falls - margin selling, general market contagion, being wrongly identified as a property trust (Centro, Valad etc), flight to 'blue chips' - who knows?
The only good part of the recent price fall is that it gave a few of us the opportunity to accumulate at prices we thought we'd never see again.
Also hope you're right thurman about the "large contract up north", it could be icing on the cake.
