Yeah i seen the same one at the bank...and banks only have your best interests at heart.
Cmon bulls...is there anything that could make property prices fall...ie rise in unemployment...higher interest rates...tightening credit?
Or do you really belive peoprty isnt a speculative asset and only goes up, you seriously cant be that naive?
If you are and the market is full of this mentality we could see 30-40% falls over the next few years if the economy worsens
