Pointing out your lies is not a rant...i honestly dont know why someone goes onto a social media forum and bignotes and posts half truths and as clearly pointed out blatant lies, as you have.
Worse, when clearly you are caught out then change course or post even less relevant but more incriminating links.

A sophisticated investor would recognize the auditors paragraph as being standard for a startup...ive seen it many times and im small time
