i think first of all they will reclassify the meaning of "sophisticated investor"...sophisticated my foot!...:-)
thanks to all those sophisticated people out there 4 of my holdings r on the knife edge...
if i ever see an announcement from one of my cos that they managed to raise the money through placements to sophisticated investors i will be selling on the spot and moving elsewhere!...
