I’m not sure why there is so much negativity, it seems in Bergen’s best interest for the share price to appreciate not depreciate.
“3. Interest-free investment and focus on capital appreciation. The Investor’s return on investment depends on the Company’s share price appreciation, and consequently, its investment accrues no interest.”
Am I missing something?
BB & the board all have substantial skin in the game why shoot themselves in the foot.
