IMO We are in one of two possible situations...
1) Trump + short term cobalt prices + something has materially changed in the project
If this isn't case I and many are royally screwed.
OR...
2) Trump + short term cobalt prices + NOTHING has changed in the project.
If this is the case this thing will springboard like no tomorrow! (I hope this one)
