been having an interesting debate with $$$$$ about the future of fas.
He doesn't like my idea that GWR may make an all scrip offer for fas of 1 gwr share for 20 fas.
fas has 340mill shares and its asset is 26 mill gwr. If gwr go back to $2 then fas is worth $52million [15c/share] and is good value at 10c.
so why wouldn't gwr take the opportunity to screw fas and get its shares back by t/o of fas?
Anyone agree?
