    What a deceptive announcement. They highlight that the priject is worth $9,000,000 (wonder how they calculate that when it should be part of the feasibility study) but don't mention how much they would earn from what has actually been contracted which is only a feasibility study... Maybe $20k-$100k?

    It may even be a fee free quote?
