This is more sensible suggestion than ignoring the RMS offer. The only problem is that EXU must be close to running out of cash. They must be down to below $1m based on their normal spending rate after spending most of the the June 18 reported cash balance.
EXU are not in a strong bargaining position at the moment in my opinion.
