Well that was interesting.
I think the statistician was the only clear person there. Even though the aim of the test to be 60% is pretty low (and I disagree that the tests they used are correct or stringent enough anyway) they now admit to having failed to reach even this with the lower CI’s only being in the 50’s. Small numbers did not help but hey closed the study at that level.
That is, the trial failed to show what they wanted it to.
