Jim,like Quix, I am not sure on the escrow bit either.

Personally I'd love to see everyone take up the Rights Issue. I agree there is limited opportunity to grab a similar sized parcel under 10 cents, but I think that may almost be over.

Its worth doing if, you believe in the company and want to keep your holdings at the same level. We are yet to see the real Destra as its been clouded in continous growth by aquisition.

I'm also an advocate of reducing the size of the Rights Issue now that the BYI debt is gone.(cancelling all RIs not taken up in excess of 7.5 m)

Remembering that "destra may in its absolute discretion (with the consent of the underwriter) extend the closing date for the offer or may vary the offer in another way if the variation affects all shareholders on the same terms".
