As an auditor, I understand that they will need to find extra funding so that when they prepare financials, it can be stated it is prepared under going concern. if they do not find funding to bridge the gap, they would have to disclose doubts for continue to operate under going concern. it's simple really. BFS will come out and SKI have three months to exercise. So until then they needed to tie things over for disclosure purposes and also get flem on the go. Wake up and look at things logically.
