    Hi Blues

    Did you happen to ask about FIRB approvals? Specifically whether they have recieved premliminary clearance and secondly what date the formal approval documentation was filed? As I understand it, the treasurer has 30 days to reject the merger, the 30 days starts from the date of filing the appropriate form.
