Why would you want them to twiddle their thumbs for 3 years whilst the africa program plays out? Then what? Dilute the crap out of existing shareholders to pay for the drilling?

They are doing exactly the right thing with the exception that they havent found any @$#@$ oil. If we can actually be prodcing a couple of thousand barrels a day during the time it takes for Africa to play out we might be in a cash position to drill africa without going back to the market, which would be great.

JUST NEED TO ACTUALLY FIND SOME BLESSED OIL!
