Don't know anything about this company besides about to become a producer.
The technicals are all lining up for that confluence 19C level. Rising trend line confluencing the support flip level with RSI in the serious OS and key Fib 61% retracement. I haven't see this type of confirmation for a long time.
If 19C does get a test then it is obvious you don't want to see it snap through regardless how strong those technical overlapping signals are. Alternately 11.5-12.5 is a very strong support but that would be deem a 'value' entry?
