Reality check

I have never seen so much ramping/down ramping by knowledgable people in my life. My reality is that we have a company with resources and no money and a company with plenty of money (And Resources) a match made in heaven. Very unfortunate the Boards couldn't get together (They all like their directors fees) so it's war. As a shareholder I want a result so I expect both boards to achieve it for me. Just get on with the deal for us shareholders and GET OVER YOUR PERSONAL STUFF.
