Don't forget BOT is the only company able to use Permetrex. I acknowledge your experience/knowledge with other topicals and their minimal effect, but the point of permetrex is to enhance just that. Combine that with an even better/safer product and who knows where it'll go.
The early efficacy shown in phase 1 is more than enough positive affirmation to believe it will compete with or likely surpass steroid and other topical counterparts.
Guess the best part about BOT is that though you may end up absolutely right, there are a lot of reasons to believe it won't fall short
