Lab and pilot plant samples are indicators only and that no customer will sign any supply agreement based on a lab or third party processing. Bulk production samples will be the next step in chemical and metallurgical verifications that commercial production meets initial test indicators. Hence, this is why there are NO off take agreements in the traditional sense as ALL graphite has to be processed and qualified before any customers will incorporate a new supply into a production process.
